Counselling for Children and Young People.

As well as working with adults, and as part of my ongoing professional development, I am currently studying for the Level 5 CPCAB Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People. This specialist training enhances my ability to support children and adolescents with the unique emotional, social, and developmental challenges they face.

I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for children and young people to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming — whether due to anxiety, low mood, school pressures, family changes, friendships, or self-esteem issues — and counselling can offer a way to understand and manage those feelings in a healthier way.

My approach is gentle, creative, and tailored to each young person’s stage of development. This may include talking therapy, play-based work, art, or other expressive methods that help children communicate in the way that feels most natural for them.

If you’re a parent or guardian looking for child counselling or teen counselling in Farnham or the surrounding Surrey area, I’d be happy to discuss how I can help. Sessions are available in a calm, private setting in Farnham, Surrey, or online.
